Description: The inspiration for the Inclusive Simulation Design Tool comes from the desire to give guidance to the new and experienced simulationist on incorporating inclusive practice into simulations.  We were motivated by current literature and the importance of inculcating systematic practices into the foundational standards of simulation.  Our desire is to provide an actionable roadmap, based on the INACSL Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best PracticeTM to guide the iterative process of incorporating inclusive practice concepts into simulation.
